100% pure fun!

David Doak, Managing Director of Free Radical Design says: "With TimeSplitters we were just finding our feet, now we can go to town and show people what we're really capable of doing - TimeSplitters 2 will be an exceptional game."

My Take

Although I never did play the first Timesplitters on the Playstation 2, I am greatly anticipating Timesplitters 2. This game looks like it could be similar to Goldeneye and Perfect Dark because some of the guys who helped develop Goldeneye are now working on Timesplitters 2. The GameCube is lacking an exceptional first-person shooter right now and hopefully this game will be the game to fill the void before Metroid Prime is released.

Anticipation: 9.5/10
