My Thoughts

The first and only console Kid Icarus game was released back in 1987. This was one of the best games the NES had. It starred Pit the angel and took place in acient Rome. Later in 1991 Kid Icarus received a Game Boy adventure, but ever since then he’s been quiet. There have been many rumors that Pit was going to be on the N64. That didn’t happen, so now we have the GameCube.

This brings back memories (tear rolls down face)!

With the release of Super Smash Brothers: Melee the rumors started to heat up again. In Smash Brothers there is a Pit trophy that you can win. The trophy says this "Will Pit ever fight again?". That pretty much confirms that some time down the road Pit will star in his very own game again! Of course, maybe Pit will be a playable character in the next Smash Brothers game instead?
